What you will do in your working day
Your duties will include:
* Providing office support including customer and employee support
* Working with all departments within The Hub
* Keeping well-organised files and record
* Interacting with people either on the phone or in person
* Following up on business communications
* Collecting and inputting company data
* Learning about the company's mission and values
* Building relationships within ubu and across the business
* Sending emails
* Preparing documents
* Writing and editing company correspondence
* Collecting and sorting post
* Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
* Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
* Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
* Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
The training you will be getting
* You will study toward a Level 3 Business Administration course.
* Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths will be provided for those without GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) if required.
* The Apprenticeship will be mainly work based, but you will be invited to attend college 1 day per month.

Being part of a cohort of apprentices across the UK, you’ll be supported every step of the way by your manager, our training provider, and a workplace mentor.
You’ll get dedicated time to focus on achieving your Level 3 apprenticeship qualification which will set you up for success in your future.
