Are you an experienced Human Resources Manager looking for an opportunity to shape workforce strategies in the NSW public sector? A government department is seeking a HR leader to provide strategic guidance, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture internationally.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO :
* Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Oversee all aspects of HR, from workforce planning to employee relations.
* Ensure adherence to the Government Sector Employment (GSE) Act, managing public sector employment policies effectively.
* International Workforce Management – Navigate the complexities of managing a diverse, cross-border workforce.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers, providing expert HR advice.
* Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and influence key decisions at all levels.
WHAT YOU HAVE :
* Extensive generalist HR experience in complex organisations.
* Strong knowledge of the GSE Act and public sector employment practices.
* Ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
* Experience in workforce planning and HR strategy development.
* A proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills.
MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
