Location: Hybrid - A blend of working from home and your nominated hub office, we have hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester and Oxford. Specific patterns for working in the office are not mandated, and the frequency of time worked in the office is agreed with your manager. Meeting in person is something we value so you may need to travel on occasion to any of our hub offices.
About the role:
Join our Student Services team as a Paid Media Executive specialising in the Education recruitment sector! Be the expert in the HE and FE market, and play a key role in planning and executing national and international student recruitment campaigns. Use audience insights, digital marketing expertise, and product knowledge to craft high-performing strategies. Manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and coordinate with your counterpart in the Employer sector to ensure seamless delivery.

About the team:
The Prospects.ac.uk website serves over 1.5 million users monthly, providing careers information, advice, and job opportunities. Our Digital Advertising team, comprising Ad Production and Paid Media specialists, excel in delivering high-quality campaigns across email, social, display, and on-site advertising.
Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Plan, develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across email, paid social, display, and programmatic channels. Guide the ad production team for successful delivery.
* Performance Optimization: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and solutions for improving campaign performance.
* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse campaign reports using GA4 and ad platform reporting, providing actionable insights. Offer insightful commentary on performance.
* Communication: Present campaign activities and performance internally and externally, including occasional client calls. Work closely with account managers and be a trusted advisor.
* Audience Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences and their behaviours.
* Policy Compliance: Assist in identifying and resolving policy-related issues in advertising campaigns.
* Industry Expertise: Stay updated on best practices, new technologies, and market data, supporting internal and external stakeholders in their development.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to enhance media schedules and campaign plans.
* Campaign Setup: Create and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Spotify, Email Marketing software, and on-site advertising in line with company procedures and ad policies.
* Technical Support: Assist the ad team with campaign set up and pixel integration.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Significant experience in paid media and campaign management ideally within a media or marketing agency environment.
* Expertise in developing and managing media schedules across multiple clients.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
* Data-driven with proficiency in analytic tools like GA4.
* Skilled in reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
* Excellent communication and customer experience focus.
* Proficient in ad platforms and programmatic advertising.
* Google Analytics expertise and confident presentation skills.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Results-oriented with strong task ownership.
* Google Certified with a Digital Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
