In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way, spending around one day per month in the office for in-person team days and meetings.

We’re looking for a Brand and Membership Insight Executive to join our Advanced Analytics & Insight team, within our wider Digital Technology & Data function, on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. In this role, you’ll provide valuable insights to teams across our Food Retail, Funeralcare, and Life Services business areas, helping to support our brand, membership, and community goals. You’ll be responsible for planning, analysing, and leading research and insight projects to build a clear understanding of what our customers and members think about our Co-op brand, our membership offerings, and our involvement with local causes.
What you’ll do
* Support with brand, membership, and community insight projects
* Contribute to brand tracking reporting and regular reporting for various Co-op business areas
* Analyse data from various sources to create meaningful insights that support our brand, membership, and community initiatives
* Champion our customers, members, and communities; making sure the right questions are asked and decisions are supported and driven by clear insights
This role would suit people who have
* A background in brand insight or research
* Experience carrying out data tracking and analysis, and creating actionable insights from a variety of data sources
* Good communication skills, with the ability to present insights and data in a clear and engaging way
* Good relationship-building and collaboration skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
