Your Role:
As our National Training & Demonstration Manager, you’ll be the face of Meon’s training programs—working hands-on with contractors, specifiers, and industry leaders to ensure our MAGMA systems are applied correctly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You'll be:
✅ Leading on-site training sessions and hands-on demonstrations.
✅ Working closely with sales & R&D teams to support client relationships.
✅ Building the Meon Training Academy, taking our certification programs to the next level.
✅ Travelling across the UK & Ireland (with regular visits to our Portsmouth HQ).
Who We’re Looking For:
· A hands-on professional from a contracting background or similar manufacturer training role.
· Strong knowledge of road construction, repair products, and materials.
Comfortable presenting to all levels—from contractor teams to senior management.
· A problem-solver who thrives on practical, sleeves-rolled-up work.
Willing to travel extensively (including overnight stays).
· NRSWA Qualified (We will provide training if not)
