Account Manager – Central Region Overview Our client is a leading company in regenerative technologies and neurosurgical solutions is seeking an Account Manager for the Central region. This company is dedicated to enabling clinicians to provide the best patient care by limiting uncertainty. Founded in 1989, it has grown into a global medical technology leader with over 4,000 employees. Responsibilities The Account Manager will manage sales activities in Birmingham, Coventry, Cambridge, and Stoke, focusing on the organisations Neurosurgical division in 4 key areas: Advanced Energy (Neuro & Liver), Dural Access & Repair, Neuro Critical Care, and Hydrocephalus. Applicants must reside within central England. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop business to attain sales objectives. Create and follow a business plan to achieve sales goals. Support case coverage and inventory requests. Identify new business and product improvement opportunities. Maintain technical, product, and disease state knowledge. Provide consultative support in the OR environment. Operate within budgets and adhere to corporate policies. Collaborate with the Quotes & Tenders department. Perform sales administrative duties. Apply the challenger sales methodology. Qualifications Proven track record in neurosurgical sales or surgical medical device sales. Ability to understand and address customer needs and challenges. Knowledge of Challenger Sales Methodology is a plus. Degree-level education or nursing background preferred. Competency with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Full driving license. Ability to work well as part of a high-performing team.
