Antler Chew Wholesale Ltd is a fast-growing company specialising in natural pet products. We take pride in our excellent customer service and high-quality offerings. We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Customer Service and Office Assistant to join our team in Bury St Edmunds.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service and Office Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and office operations. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow within the company. You’ll start by learning our product range through practical packaging experience to ensure you’re familiar with what we offer.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing information about deliveries and resolving queries.
• Manage invoices and ensure they are sent to the accounting system accurately.
• Welcome customers at the office counter shop and assist with sales.
• Support the team with packaging orders during busy periods.
• Familiarise yourself with the product range during the first months by practicing packaging.
• Assist with managing and updating the company’s social media channels.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events, providing information to potential clients and building relationships.
Skills and Experience
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of office processes (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, administrative roles, or event representation is a plus.
What We Offer
• Salary: £20,000–£24,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
