The Partner Relationships Team is responsible to the day to management and governance of our key partner and introducer relationships, with areas of responsibility including contract management, performance and service governance, relationship building and account management. Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management & Support: Act as a contact for day-to-day partner interactions, handling queries, escalations, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate records for visibility and reporting. Support the production, distribution, and continuous improvement of Partner Management Information (MI), including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as ad-hoc requests. Work closely with Partner Relationship Managers, Operations Managers, and the Data Team to document, test, and automate reporting processes. Maintain accurate records of all partner change requests, ensuring timely execution by liaising with internal stakeholders. Assist in Partner audit activities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure corrective actions are tracked and resolved. Manage and maintain accurate Due Diligence records, ensuring the repository reflects the latest questionnaires and responses while coordinating with subject matter experts to meet compliance requirements. Performance & Compliance Monitoring: Support the review and reporting of lender performance metrics, acting as a liaison between partnerships and operations. Maintain lender panel lists and handle lender panel inquiries, ensuring accurate panel management records are kept up to date. Conduct Mortgage Deed audits to ensure the correct versions are being used across lender accounts, securing the appropriate charge. Provide weekly updates on partnership SLAs, offering a solution-based approach to any issues and recommendations for improvement. Contribute to post-completion issue resolution by analysing data and implementing actionable solutions. Operation Support & Collaboration Assist the Partner Relationship Managers in coordinating partner communications and updates. Provide support on operational tasks as needed, ensuring alignment between partnerships and business operations. The Person Strong relationship management skills, analytical expertise, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to enhance partnerships while driving operational efficiencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High levels of attention to detail. Ability to successfully multitask, prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Great organisational skills.
