We’re looking for a dedicated Claims Manager to lead our Travel Claims department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our service delivery while ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.

Additional Information:
On-Call Requirement: There may be occasions when on-call availability is required. Flexibility is key.
Strategic & Leadership Role: This position requires a proactive approach to managing claims operations and ensuring efficiency while upholding service excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Leading & Coaching: Mentor and support Team Managers to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
Strategic Claims Management: Align claims processes with business objectives, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met while managing claims costs.
Collaboration & Communication:
Schedule and lead monthly performance and departmental meetings.
Ensure meetings have clear agendas and action points.
Motivation & Development:
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and training.
Implement Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for career growth and skill enhancement.
Resource Planning & Efficiency:
Ensure optimal resource allocation to maintain performance and meet KPIs.
Strategically plan team overtime within budget constraints.
Problem-Solving & Support:
Provide expert guidance on complex claims.
Manage escalated claims efficiently and fairly.
Deliver objective reports and escalate significant issues to senior management.

Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
Strong Communicator: Confident in engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
