An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our Asset Management department as an Electrician on a 3 month fixed term basis. You'll be joining the Kitchens & Bathrooms (K&B) Team to deliver a great service to our customers.
You'll be carrying out general maintenance/repairs to our properties including CCU upgrades, fire detection upgrades, showers, pumps, storage heating, immersion tanks.
The K&B Team are responsible for the upgrades to these key functional rooms. This will be rewiring the circuits to bring them to current standards and testing after installation. Checking the current fire detection equipment installed throughout the property and upgrading accordingly.
Must haves:
* Experience in domestic installations, including carry out all relevant testing to comply with BS7671
* NVQ Level 3 or 2365 part 1 and 2 Electrical installations
* 18th Edition (BS 7671)
* 2391-52 Testing and Inspection (essential)
* Full and valid driving licence
* Experience working within the social housing sector is desirable but not essential
