Our well-established client is seeking an Operations and Resource Planning Manager to support business growth in this newly created role.
The successful candidate will drive seamless communication across the organisation, ensuring a client-focused service from tender to project completion. This role is key to managing processes, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in operations, project management and planning within fast-paced environments such as manufacturing or construction, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Scheduling: Ensure visibility of workloads, manage project timelines, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
* Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate site management and labour resources to meet project demands efficiently.
* Team Performance: Lead and support site teams, conducting performance reviews and promoting continuous improvement.
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide project updates at client meetings, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment across teams.
* Sub-Contractor and Quality Oversight: Monitor subcontractor performance on commercial, quality, and safety metrics, coordinating with relevant teams.
* Financial & Timesheet Accuracy: Verify labour timesheets and invoices for timely payment processing with site staff and finance.
* Internal Collaboration: Coordinate internal meetings, track action items, and support operational progress.
* Fleet Management: Ensure commercial fleet availability, collaborating with Admin to minimize disruptions.
Key Requirements:
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and in-house systems.
* Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in handling complex project details
* Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Continuous Improvement Mindset: Eager to learn, take initiative, and drive positive changes within the organisation.
* Team Leadership & Communication: Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly across various levels of the organisation.
