We are recruiting a Regional Registered Manager for a complex care provider in the South East, the area will span across Essex, Sussex and Hampshire. If you are a registered nurse with experience of community care and complex clinical practices who has strong operational skills, then this could be your next role You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the complex care provision, ensuring consistent compliance with CQC regulations and company processes and policies. With strong leadership skills you will ensure high levels of quality care are delivered. Requirements About you • You will be a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN • Previous experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators. • You will have experience working as a Registered Manager or strong operational and organisational skills including experience with clinical governance, CQC, safeguarding, and quality. • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence. Benefits What’s on offer for the Registered Manager? • Our client will offer you a salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience. • 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm plus on call, although some flexibility may be required due to the nature of healthcare.
