Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead a small warehouse team and ensure the smooth operation of stock control, order fulfilment, and inventory management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring product availability, and supporting the company’s growth. Responsibilities: Warehouse Management: Lead and manage a warehouse team of 4 people, maintaining a professional and productive environment. Oversee stock control, from ordering to goods inwards, order picking, assembly and dispatch operations. Ensure warehouse operations are conducted in line with company health and safety policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout, optimizing for ease of access and productivity. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, preventing overstock and out-of-stock situations. Implement strategies to enhance inventory management. Continuous Improvement: Review and improve warehouse policies and procedures to enhance daily operations. Work closely with senior managers to support the company’s growth plans and improve overall efficiencies. Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and product availability. Support warehouse operations during product launches, promotions, and peak times, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Requirements: Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficient in stock control, pick/pack/dispatch operations, and inventory management. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and supply chain software. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
