Keep reading We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Operations and Marketing Manager with expertise in Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) to manage and optimise our FBA operations, Amazon marketing strategy and spending. This role is pivotal in ensuring our brand and product listings are optimised, inventory is managed effectively, and marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly to drive sales and customer satisfaction. FBA Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of Amazon FBA operations, including inventory management, forecasting, order fulfilment, and returns processing. Monitor and optimise stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocks. Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and optimise product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Own and implement the marketing strategy for incremental sales growth Create, manage, and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other Amazon ad formats. Managing platform media spends, aligning to strategy and budget. Collaborate with our inhouse content teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and A content Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, advertising ROI, and inventory turnover. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness. Work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limiting to customer service, and finance to align operations with overall business goals. Do you have the below skills? Proven experience in Amazon FBA operations, inventory management, and marketing strategy Hands-on experience managing and optimising advertising spends within Amazon platforms Strong knowledge of Amazon’s seller platform, including Seller Central and Amazon Advertising and Brand Registry Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
