Our busy Beverley office requires a full time Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly, award winning team.
Hours and days of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
We are looking for an approachable, pro-active candidate with a positive work ethic.
Full, clean drivers licence required.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience in the industry, however we will happily consider applicants with administration experience, along with great customer service and organisational skills, as full training will be provided. Applicants should be efficient multi-taskers with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Speaking and liaising with potential clients, matching applicants to properties, speaking with existing and prospective Landlords, and managing current Tenant’s maintenance and general queries.
* Organising maintenance works and issues with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors.
* Organising and carrying out routine and end of Tenancy property inspections.
* Negotiating deals to ensure a successful completion.
* Effective diary management.
* Arranging and carrying out viewings.
* Handling necessary administrative duties including ensuring safety certificates, tenancy agreements and renewals and legislation is up to date.
* Serving accurate legal notices when required.
* Generating new leads and business.
