As we continue to deliver cutting-edge technology and new ideas, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our organisation to drive our B2B marketing, including digital transformation and global strategic growth within Croda Beauty and Homecare. Instrumental in identifying unmet market needs and creating tailored customer strategies. Reporting into the VP Marketing of our Consumer Care business, you will shape and execute the marketing strategy, drive growth and enhance customer engagement in the B2B sector. You will leverage deep expertise in digital ecosystems to lead cross-functional teams creating cutting-edge, data-driven campaigns aligning business goals and key market trends. You will ensure the continual optimisation of Croda's digital platforms, including SEO, social commerce, and website evolution, to create value and personalise the online experience for diverse customer personas. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Category and Innovation teams on Go-To-Market plans for our products and formulations. Lead the identification of unmet market needs and emerging digital trends. Translate key market insights into strategic initiatives, driving innovation launches through social media and digital platforms as well as driving best practice in marketing communications in all channels. Be the digital voice and representative for Consumer Care and feed requirements into digital transformation or business change projects. Work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, maintaining close alignment with senior leadership to ensure initiatives support broader corporate goals. Spearhead new ideas that position Croda as a leader within the B2B landscape, creating seamless customer journeys and improving lead generation and conversion. Oversee the execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Set clear KPIs for digital performance, focusing on driving B2B lead generation, eCommerce sales when enabled, and market expansion. Regularly analyse campaign results, review ROI, and optimise investments to meet conversion, sample request, and engagement targets. Build and develop teams in marketing ensuring they become expert is all digital channels and platforms. Guide regional and country teams on best practices for all channels and strategies. Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight for team members or external agencies. Be the brand advocate for Consumer Care and ensure consistency across all our platforms, globally. Work with the Digital Experience team to continuously develop and improve our CMS platform to meet the needs of the customers. Who We’re Looking For Extensive experience in Digital Marketing in a B2B setting. Proven experience in creating and implementing digital strategies with expertise in enhancing customer engagement. Strategic thinker, creative with excellent analytical skills and exceptional leadership ability. Hands on Leader for a high performing team. Data focussed with the ability to interpret data into meaningful information to advise on logical next steps that align with the global strategy. Excellent communication and influencing skills to build relationships internally and with key customers globally. Understanding of Digital channels i.e. SEO/PPC/Social/Email Marketing. Awareness of CRO and UX and the impact this has on users of Croda’s website. Experience in Sitecore, Mailchimp, SemRush, Conductor, Hootsuite, GA4 is desirable.
