Closing Date for Application: Wednesday 01/01/2025 The role: Efficient, effective repair and maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery. Working hours: This is working 4 on 4 off covering 2 days & 2 nights, 12 hour shifts. Key Accountabilities: Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to maximise overall machine efficiency. Effectively prioritise workload to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard. Ensure consistency in quality of work across the various lines. To actively and analytically fault find. Contribute to implementing new working methods and actively take part in continuous improvement. Ensure smooth changeovers/handovers between shifts. To understand company performance measurements Any other duties that can be reasonably expected.
