HR Transformation Project Manager
Location: Woking, Surrey
Type: Hybrid (family friendly & flexible)
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
Our client is a highly respected commercial organisation based in Woking, Surrey. They are seeking to introduce the HR Transformation Project Manager role to drive the people and culture agenda from a productivity perspective.
What you will enjoy doing
1. This is a brand new and exciting opportunity to bring our clients' people and productivity together as you help embed the culture and capabilities to continuously deliver the best productivity opportunities.
2. You will help build, foster, and embrace a positive productivity culture, helping others understand the benefits while ensuring they celebrate and reward their successes.
3. You will act as an internal catalyst for our client's productivity team, project teams, and the wider organisation using your influencing skills.
4. You will identify gaps in productivity skills and knowledge and deliver training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to others.
5. You will develop digital skills and capabilities, supporting and facilitating digital bootcamps and collaborating with others to share best practices.
6. You will be responsible for productivity tools such as the Power Steering Tool and Productivity Program benchmarking.

1. You have great networking skills with the ability to create a network of people who can support with skills and knowledge both internally and externally.
2. You are comfortable using MS Office & other IT platforms and have a passion for learning new digital tools.
3. You are an excellent communicator with experience in influencing others and communicating effectively to employees.
4. You have the ability to work in an agile manner and are comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty.
5. Experience with Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies.
6. Experience in designing and delivering training.
7. You work with integrity, role modeling the behaviours aligned to an inclusive workplace.
