Sales/Letting Negotiator Annual Salary: £25,000 OTE 35k-40k Location: Epsom/Banstead, KT18 Job Type: Full-time Join our dynamic real estate team as a Sales/Letting Negotiator. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for property and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Sales/Letting Negotiator, you will be instrumental in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in the Epsom and Banstead areas. A valid driver’s license is essential as this role requires frequent travel to property sites. Day-to-day of the role: Conducting property viewings and managing visits to various sites, ensuring all properties are presented well. Negotiating sales and lettings deals while maintaining excellent client relationships. Managing communications between property owners, buyers, and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions. Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.) and ensuring all transactions move forward in a timely manner. Maintaining and updating listings of available properties. Keeping up-to-date with market trends and providing clients with information on the local property market. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales/Letting Negotiator or similar role in real estate. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Must be a licensed driver with the ability to travel frequently between properties. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
