Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Providing individual and small group support to students
Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a calm and supportive learning environment
Building strong relationships with students and their families
Contributing to the overall well-being of the school community
Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff across the school The ideal candidate will:
Possess a genuine passion for working with young people with complex needs
Have experience working in a SEN or similar setting
Be highly motivated and committed to student success
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is a team player, with a patient, positive and can-do attitude
