A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join a leading and reputable consultancy based within their Norwich office. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects. They are open to Mid - Senior level Architectural Technologists and offer an excellent working from home policy.
Our client has high expectations of their new recruits; therefore, a successful Senior Architectural Technologist is most likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the new opportunity, interest in the practice and their ethos including the type of projects they'd be working on, and a willingness to learn and take on information when needed. Day to day, you will be working on schemes within a range of sectors such as commercial, residential, defence, and industrial. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an ambitious, rapidly developing consultancy in Norwich. They have a strong ethos and are passionate about creating exciting design solutions for their many clients spread across the UK.
This role seeks an individual who has good knowledge of Revit software and is open to any project experience. Our client has a passion for exceptional customer service and boasts an impressive portfolio of long-standing relationships.
* Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors
* Liaise with other professionals
* Develop project briefs
* Work from inception to completion
* Produce high-quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
* Meet with professionals/clients to agree on a project brief
* Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
* Live within a commutable distance of Norwich (considering our client has 3 days working from home)
* Strong design, presentation, and report writing skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Good knowledge of building regulations
* Driving licence
