About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to join the Community Response Service within Adult Social Care as an Operational Support Co-ordinator. We are seeking an Operational Support Co-ordinator with the passion to be at the forefront of providing services to the residents of Tameside.
As the Operational Support Co-ordinator, your role is to assist the Service Co-ordinators, Telehealthcare Manager, and Team Manager in all aspects of the development of telehealthcare service to Tameside residents. Your role will involve:
* Assisting the Service Co-ordinators in the day-to-day work of the service.
* Taking referrals, making appointments for the service, and providing information.
* Collecting and inputting statistical information regarding the Community Response Service.
* Providing administration support to the quality monitoring systems.
* Preparing telehealthcare equipment and checking that all the required information is correct and available for the community response workers.
The Community Response Service provides a 24-hour, 365 days per year emergency response service to vulnerable people living within the borough of Tameside. The service responds to a variety of emergency situations and liaises with a wide range of other agencies as dictated by individual circumstances, in cases supplying and monitoring numerous Telehealthcare devices.
About You
We are looking for someone who will work alongside all teams to provide our customers with a high-quality, united, professional service.
You will complete an induction and be offered the relevant training and support to develop techniques and skills to respond to vulnerable service users.
You will be required to work a 36-hour working week, normally Monday to Friday.
