Our client are NICEIC, ISO and MCS accredited Solar and Electrical Contractors.They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their solar energy initiatives. The Ideal Business Development Manager: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the solar market, and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our clients solar solutions. Skills / Experience Required: Solar design and sales Sales experience Lead generation Electrical installations an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The Business Development Manager Role: The location of the role is M4 corridor, Bristol, Gloucester Bath. The portfolio of services, that our client provides includes Solar, EVE charge point installation, battery installations, electrical installations and commercial roofing. The Business Development Manager must have an ability to self-generate commercial solar leads and build a network of customers and quickly establish a pipeline of opportunities. You will already be selling 100kw solar schemes through self-generation and networking. Package: Basic Salary of £50k, OTE £100k (unlimited commission scheme) Car Allowance This represents an excellent opportunity for the right Business Development Manager, who has ambitions to develop into a Sales Director role, in the future.
