Customer Support Specialist Aylesbury We are actively seeking to onboard a new addition to the customer support team. This role combines customer service and customer retention. This role will be speaking to current customers who are at the end of contact with the business and planning and advising on continuing the relationship to retain the customers. To suit this role you will need experience managing high call volumes with clients, a problem solving ability and an active listening approach. If you are a confident and clear communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and ensuring they receive a faultless service this could be a fantastic role for you. Previous contact center experience would be preferable working on a dialler system. This role if based local would be 4 days WFH and 1 days in the office, or fully remote for the right applicants.
