Part Time Recruitment Administrator £13.50 - £14.00 per hour Benefits Sheffield A well-established, independent recruitment consultancy based in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator. They have a team of recruitment consultants in place currently servicing businesses in and around the Yorkshire area, covering temporary, contract and permanent business. Working as a key member of the team you will be responsible for the following: • Registering candidate details. • Answering the telephone as the first point of contact. • Taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed on. • Completing applicant packs. • Sourcing candidates for roles. • Screening CVs. • Taking candidate references. • Compliance and ensuring all the correct checks have taken place. • Payroll including inputting timesheets and payroll information. • Dealing with queries from candidates. • Data inputting A recruitment background is essential.
