Job Title: Occupational Hygiene Consultant. Location: Birmingham, West Midlands. They are now seeking to take on a hard working and experience Occupational Hygiene Consultant. The successful candidate will ideally hold an industry recognised BOHS qualification, and will have experience carrying out a mixed range of workplace assessments on Manufacturing, Local Authority, Healthcare and Commercial contracts. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding BOHS modules W201, W501, W502, or W503 would be essential to the role. " Holding the BOHS P600, P601, and P602 would be beneficial to the role. " Experience working as an Occupational Hygiene Consultancy for a reputable Occupational Hygiene company. " Excellent IT skills. " Able to organise workload efficient in line with company and client needs. " Well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines. The Role: " Attending a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out workplace assessments including: air monitoring, COSHH assessments, noise, fume, dust, HAV (hand, arm vibration) surveys, LEV (local exhaust ventilation) examination, indoor air quality and legionella. " Ensuring site assessments are carry out in line with client requirements. " Undertaking emissions testing. " Ensuring results are recorded accurately to produce detailed technical reports. " Attending meetings when required ensuring to represent the company in a professional manner. " Liaising with clients to provide excellent technical support and advice. " Carrying out training when required to continuously develop and update your knowledge. " Managing own workload efficiently, working in line with agreed timeframes.
