Salary - £45000 to £55000 dependant on experience
Hours - Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working (3 days office/2 days WFH) after initial probation period
Holiday - 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)

They have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Manager in their Spalding Office
As an Accounts Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mixed clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction & positive client engagement. The opportunity comes with excellent career development opportunities and support for progression.
Key responsibilities of an Accounts Manager will include:
Mange a portfolio of Clients
Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients and be key point of contact dealing with their queries
Provide guidance on a variety of matters including year-end accounts, self assessment,VAT and management accounts
Reviewing Accounts for limited company, partnership and sole trader
Assisting team members with technical queries and personal development
Identify tax planning opportunities with Clients
Deliver strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development
preparing accounts and related tax computations for limited companies, partnerships, sole-traders, LLPs and charities
working closely with clients, other members of the accounts team and other departments, including direct contact with the Partners, managers and clients in order to obtain the required information to prepare their accounts
delivering excellent client service
reviewing and managing accounts work
managing and prioritising internal workflow and assignments to deadlines
assisting with driving technological solutions in accounting throughout the office
VAT returns
assisting with ad-hoc client support
supporting the growth of the Spalding office
About you
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified
minimum of 3 years' post qualified relevant experience working within an accountancy practice
A trusted advisor able to demonstrate great technical knowledge & skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills
experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
previous experience of CCH, Xero, Quickbooks and Sage would be advantageous
great attention to detail along with strong organisational skills
pro-active and positive attitude
