Structural Engineer
Our client, a well-established structural design consultancy with 47 years of industry experience, is known for its strong reputation and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer.
Projects range from small domestic developments and bespoke new builds to large-scale industrial units valued in the millions. The successful Structural Engineer will be technically proficient, confident liaising with clients, and possess a thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Design Codes.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering technical work independently.
* Conducting site inspections and liaising directly with clients.
* Reviewing and approving the work of Junior Engineers and leading a team of designers.
* Utilising relevant software such as AutoCAD, Tedds, Masterseries, etc.
* Performing structural surveys (e.g., subsidence and structural defect reports).
Requirements
* Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or MICE)
* Minimum 5 years post-chartership experience
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Design Code
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with structural design software (AutoCAD, Tedds, Masterseries)
