Job Summary What is the opportunity? An exciting opportunity for an administrator or senior administrator to work within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) EMEA & APAC team with specific interests in the Channel Islands. You will work alongside a small management team and supporting the wider Corporate Real Estate team with administration duties. What will you do? Assist with administration of property portfolio. Engaging with landlords, real estate agents, lawyers, auditors with regards to commercial leases. Assist with occupancy planning, updating and carrying out amendments, office moves on AutoCAD Prepare and process all property Invoices Overtime and Call Out forms (collecting/ arranging approvals/ forwarding to payroll) Consolidate and assist with project management and project delivery costs between CRE and Finance Provide energy reports for environmental monitoring Monitor and consolidate sublease service charge re-charges for two RBC properties Manage and administer the Archive database through the ITrackIt software system and liaise with business units/functions Support and backup person for our reception, including the operation of the switchboard and processing DHL couriers Coordinating the settlement of corporate card payments. Liaising with the accounts team to ensure invoice payment deadlines are met What do you need to succeed? Must-have Good PC skills including: Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel - Advanced, Outlook, PowerPoint and ICDL qualified or equivalent Good client service skills and helpful attitude Excellent communication, written and inter-personal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion Good team player and business acumen What is in it for you?
