Main roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and other staff to meet the individual needs of our students.
• Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire students and help them reach their full potential.
• Create a positive, enabling classroom environment that supports learning, exploration, and personal growth.
• Complete all required documentation in line with school policies and procedures.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including fostering independence and developing communication skills.
• Promote inclusivity and cultural competence within the classroom, valuing and celebrating the diversity of our students.
• Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to meet individual needs.
