A leading, award-winning Tour Operator is recruiting for their operations team, supporting Travel Agents with post-booking queries and tasks. As an Operations Support Executive, you will be part of a team that is the point of contact for Travel Agents for servicing existing bookings. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Acting as a brand ambassador to provide professional and world-class customer service to your Travel Agents
2. Supporting Travel Agents to secure new bookings, including manual pricing
3. Managing voluntary and involuntary changes to existing bookings
4. Assisting with booking cancellations
5. Being a first point of call for in-house system queries
6. Contributing to team discussions around process improvement
7. Supporting Travel Agents to adopt new ways of working and tools available
8. Flexibility to cover shifts on a rota basis
9. Hybrid working available after training
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
If you have experience within the Travel Industry in an aftersales, support, or operational role, this is an amazing company to join and progress your career with. 1. Energetic, motivating, and positive individual
2. Knowledge of dealing with operational enquiries and in-resort issues
3. Proficient in MS Office products including Excel and Outlook
4. Ability to work across different contact channels at the same time, such as email, telephone, and live chat
5. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working with both internal and external customers
7. Must be accountable and able to work with minimal supervision to fully resolve customer queries
8. Ability to take ownership and deliver a resolution
9. Ability to work at pace
10. Strive in a high-pressure environment
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for customer service
