Guiding their transition : Help students make the leap from Primary to Secondary school with confidence by developing their key skills in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking. Making learning fun : Foster a positive and energetic classroom atmosphere where learning is always exciting, interactive, and inspiring. Tracking progress : Regularly assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback, helping each child to unlock their full potential and reach new goals. Collaborating with the team : Work alongside a fantastic group of teachers to share ideas, best practices, and deliver a top-notch curriculum. Connecting with parents : Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns. Who We’re Looking For A passionate Year 6 Teacher with a track record of success in the classroom. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, especially Year 6, and a deep understanding of the National Curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that will help you build connections with students, staff, and parents. Someone who thrives in a team environment and loves contributing to a positive school culture.
