Responsibilities:
* Carry out quality assessments on technicians work, feeding back consistently to continually improve our service
* Carry out regular plot checks, ensuring defects are resolved before we hand over to the customer
* Work closely with the Head of Customer Service and other internal and external stakeholders
* Effectively manage and review In-House and NHBC data to better understand our customers
Requirements:
* A background in a similar role within Construction, or working as an Assistant / Site / Project Manager with a builder, and looking for a change of career
* Full driving license, and willingness to travel to sites in West Sussex & Kent
* Fast thinking, customer focussed individual
* Ability to communicate well, and influence at all levels
