Ranked in the top 25 best service companies to work for in the UK, we now have an opportunity for an IT Manager working within our IT team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day running of the IT Support Team for the Group.
2. Ensure the smooth running of systems including:
* Office 365
* Simpro
* Unleashed
* Xero
1. Strong understanding of business systems and basic ERP functionality.
2. Oversee the cyber security for the group including:
* Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus
* ISO 27001
3. Support the IT Team with first line support requests and any out of hours fixes that might be required and filling in when support staff are on annual leave.
4. Timely procurement of new IT equipment as required.
5. Oversee new office IT Setup / Refresh.
6. Ensure that our IT systems are secure, backed up and available at all times.
7. Run new IT Projects including:
* Implement ISO 27001.
* Running further Salesforce developments and integrations to systems working with our Salesforce partner.
* Maintain existing Power BI reports and work with various department heads to scope new report requirements and work with our Power BI partner to deliver.
* New Phone system replacement.
* Take on new IT projects from the IT Director.
* Ensure that new members of the Harmony team receive a great experience as we provision their IT and telephony.
* Work with our regional and international offices, including an element of travel.
* Manage key in-building systems and general facilities management.
