We are looking for an ambitious individual with significant expertise in paediatric audiology who wants to work as part of our small, dedicated and widely-skilled team. Clinical Leadership and management skills will be essential as you will be leading this department with a focus on maintaining clinical excellence. There is an excellent training opportunity for clinical leadership development including access to the Trust's highly successful Chrysalis Leadership Development programme and the national HTS competency log book in Audiology. As the Clinical Lead, you will be supporting continuous improvement through clinical supervision, peer review and clinical audit programmes to shape the way in which we develop as a department and across the Trust. Main duties of the job The Clinical Lead for Paediatric Audiology plays a vital role in maintaining and developing safe audiological services for babies, Children and Young People within Cambridge City, South and East Cambridgeshire. The post holder will be working alongside national and regional networks, developing good working relationships across the system and partner services to achieve best practice.
