The role requires a mix of skills; team leadership (both as part of the leadership group and the engineering team directly), technical leadership, people management and customer focus.

6. Technical awareness (or a good understanding) of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
7. You thrive in a highly collaborative team and are enthusiastic about engaging with customers, designers, and product managers as necessary to create great products and services.
8. Experience as a people manager with proven success of running 1:1s, caring and helping everyone in your team, coaching and mentoring to support their growth and progress
