Service Manager – Plant Equipment
Location: North Wales & Surrounding Area
Salary: Up to £45k Basic (DOE), + Bonus (% of Net Profit) + great benefits listed below:

Our client is a market-leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are seeking candidates with solid transferable skills from the following industries:
* Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Plant, Cranes, or Powered Access
* HGV or Municipal Vehicles
* Forklift Trucks
* Generators
You will receive first-class training to enable you to excel in your role as you look after a team of 6 Engineers in your region. Your responsibilities will include:
* Hiring, training, and mentoring your team
* Budget control and driving efficiencies
* Organizing engineer training, including Toolbox Talks
* Communicating effectively with Customers
* Handling escalations from Service Control
* Providing support to the Sales team
Key Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Seeking a management opportunity
* Experience as a Service Controller, Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Workshop Controller
* Strong relationship-building skills with Engineers
* A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
* An excellent client-focused approach to your work
