Due to expansion, a new opportunity for a Customer Service Executive has become available to join our well-established client in their customer service team. As our Customer Service Executive, you will assist in the smooth running of the office and support the Senior Hire Desk Controller throughout. You will ensure customers are offered exceptional service. Responsibilities will include; Answering phone enquiries Full management of orders inbox within time frame Allocating products to clients for hire Ensure all bookings for the following day are fully processed Processing orders Up selling when possible This role requires the individual to have an eye for detail, be a multitasker and thrive in a fast paced environment. Previous hire desk experience would be advantageous, although this isn’t essential.
