Our Client based in Bradford BD8 is looking for an experienced office administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
Permanent role Duties:
1. Supporting planning and purchase ledger teams.
2. Using Excel.
3. Processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
4. Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
5. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
6. Using Outlook.
7. General admin duties.
Expectations:
1. Strong customer service skills with a commitment.
2. A proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
4. Team player with a strong sense of loyalty, honesty, and reliability.
5. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration is highly desirable.
