As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Radio Controls Application Engineer to join their team near Castle Bromwich, Birmingham. The Role As a Radio Controls Application Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing control systems for hydraulic applications. This is a varied and exciting role where you will be working closely with customers to tailor control solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and performance in demanding environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and integrate radio control systems for hydraulic and electro-hydraulic applications. Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and design bespoke solutions. Test, troubleshoot, and optimise control systems for performance and reliability. Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. Keep up to date with the latest advancements in radio controls and automation for hydraulics. About You Experience in radio controls, control systems, or industrial automation—ideally within the hydraulics or heavy machinery sector. A background in electrical, electronic, or mechatronic engineering (Degree, HND, or relevant experience). Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and control principles. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimise control systems. Confident in working with customers to develop tailored technical solutions.
