Maritime Apartments specialise in serviced accommodation for contractors in Barrow-in-Furness. We offer both short and long-term stays in self-contained apartments. We have an on-site office, and are located just 200 meters from BAE. We aim to provide comfortable, convenient, and well-connected living spaces for our guests.
Role Description
The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in Barrow-in-Furness. It's an exciting and varied role in a small, busy office. You will be involved in managing all aspects of the apartments reservations and lets, from the initial enquiries, allocating apartments, sending invoices, taking payments, checking in guests and ensuring that their stays with us are as welcoming and hospitable as possible. Many of our tenants return to us several times so customer satisfaction is a key part of this role. The right person will be confident in handling customer queries face to face, on the phone and by email.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills - minimum 1 year experience
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - minimum 1 year experience
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
