The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Business Director. We are looking for someone who not only understands the importance of brand reputation but also values diversity and inclusivity in meeting client needs. Accountability and responsibility for agency performance and client relationships, effectively managing key stakeholders. Collaborative mindset, working effectively with other crafts and departments within the agency to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
