Job summary – What to expect: As the Global Commercial Operations Change Management & Communications Intern of our Global Commercial Operations Team, you will support a variety of strategic initiatives across the globe and this role will be responsible for a variety of different support functions and activities including project coordination; solution design support; communication definition, planning & execution. This role has great exposure to the various elements of change management within the commercial business on a global scale. Taking full and direct responsibility to support to manage all aspects of assigned projects activities from initial stages through to completion. Ensuring adherence to the CMO methodology and work process. Under the supervision of the CMO lead ensuring accountability and deliverable/project execution. Aiding CMO team to ensure project deadlines are met. Providing an active role in the development of any assigned project deliverables. Maintaining and regularly updating project information & status documentation. Working with Commercial functions to understand ‘as is’ processes. Process mapping and documentation. Creating deliverable outlines based on solution designs. Creating communications such as, but not limited to: infographics, presentations, flyers, newsletters, videos, audio recordings and corporate emails. About you: We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, who is naturally curious and keen to seek out the ‘what’ as well as the ‘why’. High computer literacy (MS Office – Creative Suites such as: Photoshop/Canva) Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures. Education: Currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in Communications / Marketing / Organizational Psychology / Organizational Development / Adult Education, International Studies / Learning & Development / Business Administration / Human Resources/ Graphic Design, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
