Interim Chief People Officer

We are looking for a talented individual who has successful track record of devising and implementing people strategies which collaboratively engage staff and partners. You are able to work across organisational boundaries within our two integrated care systems (ICS) North East London ICS and Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes ICS and inspire others with credibility gained by your depth of professional expertise, creative thinking and pragmatic approach.
The organisation is undergoing a challenging period given the scale of the financial challenges. However, this is also an exciting period as it brings the opportunity to improve services for our patients, service users and the experience of our staff. We are looking for a values driven, motivational leader to support our people. This post holder will be critical to ensure our valued staff are delivering to the best of their abilities during the transformational phases. This is a full executive and board position with voting rights reporting to the CEO.
