FLT / Side Loader Operative BSW Timber Solutions Ltd and Bayram Timber Ltd are part of the very successful BSW Group, one of the largest manufacturing businesses in the UK. BSW Timber Solutions, are a leading timber manufacturer and distributer to the DIY, and Builders Merchant markets. We are looking to recruit an experienced FLT / Sider Loader operative to join our dynamic team. We are looking for talented individuals to help us grow and continue to deliver excellence. If you have experience working with timber or in a similar environment, and you're passionate about safety and efficiency we'd love to hear from you Main responsibilities: Driving our new manual handling equipment (MHE) to pick, move and load timber. Physically pick and sort timber. Ensuring Health and Safety rules are always abided to. Coordinating all relevant paperwork associated with picking. Keeping good clear written records of product details. Maintaining general cleanliness of the factory environment at all times. We are looking for someone who has: FLT / Sideloader licence. Experience in a similar role. Strong awareness of Health and Saefty. High levels of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Effective communicator. Working 10pm-6am you will receieve £14.81 per hour. Sideloader Operative – Working 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm you will receive £14.62 per hour. Working 10pm-6am you will receieve £15.92 per hour.
