Job Description
Duties of the Office Manager:
* Manage office procedures and oversee administrative staff
* Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operation
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures
* Handle staff schedules, office supplies, and budgeting
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Report and address issues affecting office operations
* Foster a positive, productive, and efficient workplace environment
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
* Proven experience in an office management role
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
