I.WHY THIS POSITION:
The D365 'HERO' Programme is a multi-year, global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all our regions. HERO will harmonise multiple regional ERPs existing globally, while respecting our Divisional operating models and métier specificities, to create a standardized, single global core ERP model. HERO is not just a Programme; it is a transformation building the foundation for the success of our Global business, strengthening us to embrace the growth of our future. Solution adoption of the global core model is crucial to the success of our Programme and the continuity of our businesses across our Regions, which will be driven by a strategic Change Management & Communications approach.
II. MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE IN THE ROLE:
The Lead, Change Management, based in London, will report to the Senior Manager of Change & Communications and play a pivotal role in executing the Global Change Management strategy, partnering closely with Regional Change teams to adopt and implement the global approach while shaping local strategies that support our vision and goals, driving the successful adoption of the D365 Global Core Model.
Strategic Change Planning & Execution
* Partner with leadership to create and execute a comprehensive Global Change Management strategy aligned with ERP implementation phases and our Regional deployment map, ensuring alignment with overall Programme objectives
* Working with Regional teams, identify and prioritize key change activities that address organizational readiness, balancing global consistency with local relevance to support a smooth ERP adoption
* Define and manage a detailed change roadmap, including milestones, risks, mitigation strategies, and key deliverables for all Regions
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Network Strategy by Region, working with Regional teams to identify, onboard and enable Change Agents to act as champions and facilitators within their respective areas
* Regularly engage with the Global Change Network community to provide updates, solicit feedback, and equip them with targeted tools and strategies to reinforce change initiatives at a local level
* Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments to evaluate how the ERP implementation affects organizational structures, processes and individual roles, ensuring comprehensive understanding across all Regions
* Support Regions to develop and deliver targeted Change Interventions, such as tailored workshops, process walkthroughs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, to address specific impacts and challenges
Driving User Adoption & Engagement
* Implement innovative, user-centric adoption strategies tailored to regional and functional teams, ensuring relevance to cultural and operational contexts
* Develop and support Regions to execute robust user training plans, combining formats such as e-learning modules, live workshops, peer mentoring programs, and interactive sessions to cater to diverse learning needs.
* Establish and track metrics to measure user adoption and proficiency, leveraging data to refine strategies and address adoption gaps proactively
* Equip leaders, Programme team members, and the Change Network with the tools, messaging, and structured playbooks to effectively champion and sustain the ERP change effort at all levels
* Foster engagement and accountability within the Change Network, ensuring they are empowered to address localized challenges, advocate for the programme, and drive adoption within their teams
* Proactively identify potential resistance to change and employ structured approaches, such as surveys, and targeted communication, to address concerns and foster buy-in at all levels
Embedding Change & Continuous Improvement
* Create mechanisms to sustain change post-go-live, including reinforcement activities, ongoing training, and consistent communication to solidify new behaviours and processes
* Support Regions on conducting post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned, adoption trends, and success stories to inform continuous improvement and future rollouts
* Build a culture of continuous improvement by integrating structured feedback loops across regions, celebrating milestones, and highlighting impactful contributions from Change Network members
* Establish an ongoing engagement model for the Change Network, ensuring their role evolves beyond implementation to include post-go-live support, feedback collection, and continuous advocacy

* Translating business strategy and complex topics into interesting, engaging and actionable conversation - supported by powerful messaging, storytelling and dialogue

* Effective at managing complexity and comfortable with ambiguity, experience working in a multi-cultural, global matrix environment
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work collaboratively, manage conflicts and challenges in a complex environment
* Strong organization skills partnered with self-motivation, with the ability to drive projects independently through a positive, proactive, curious, solution-minded and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
* Excellent command of written and spoken English, French written and speaking skills are celebrated
