A popular fashion retailer based in the Acton area are looking for a junior merchandiser who has marketplace and digital partnership experience on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity The company is well established and loved by many, providing some of the highest quality women’s footwear, bags, and accessories. This is a hybrid role which will consist of 2 days working in the office and 3 days working from home. The main responsibility in this role will be to work closely with the head of marketplace to drive department strategy and growth plans for the business. This consists of analysing commercial data, managing sales and markdown strategy and assisting with seasonal planning. The ideal candidate will be an effective planner who has experience with exposure to the WSSI and is familiar with the end-to-end merchandising process. You will need to be comfortable with presenting ideas and findings to team members and external partners with the ability to develop relationships and influence where necessary.
