Product Technical Architect

The role
The Product Technical Architect sits within the Adoption & Automation team and plays a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. They collaborate closely with stakeholders, assess business needs, and create designs that align with organisational objectives. As a Product Technical Architect, your proficiency in process review and automation will be utilised to optimise workflows, improve user experience, and liberate valuable resources. A key part of your role will also involve promoting the adoption of these new processes and tools within the workplace. This involves ensuring that they are user-friendly, meet the needs of the employees, and are effectively integrated into existing workflows. By doing so, you can help to ensure a smooth transition and maximise the benefits of these new tools and processes.
What you need to do the role
1. Experience within a Business analysis/Service Architect/User Adoption Specialist role (or similar) preferably within an IT department or within a role that utilised technology to deliver business value.
2. Knowledge of Next Think or similar tools.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as facilitation and negotiation.
4. Familiar with working with and managing stakeholders and customers whilst delivering technology solutions.
5. Demonstrable experience of simplifying/optimising and automating IT and Business processes.
6. Experience with IT analytics to improve adoption and user experience.
7. Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code solutions, preferably Microsoft Power Platform.
8. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
9. Experience creating and presenting Service/Process based documentation and/or detailed technical design documentation.
