The Sr. Analyst – Automation is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing advanced automation across various systems and the development of applications using low-code platforms. This role demands an expert in automation who can leverage platforms such as Microsoft’s Power Platform and others to enhance operational efficiencies while managing governance and security. The candidate should have experience in building workflows, RPA bots, and programming. They should possess strong skills in Python, JSON, C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of PowerShell and Microsoft O365. Knowledge of SAP and experience with SAP integration are preferred.
Key responsibilities include understanding business processes, architecting automation solutions, integrating APIs, building RPA bots, and maintaining governance and security standards. This role will also assist in building an automation Center of Excellence for Edgewell. The analyst will work closely with business customers to map processes, coordinate technical changes, and ensure successful implementation and support of automation solutions.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
• Architect and build automation solutions across multiple systems using platforms such as Power Platform
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements from the end users
• Build low-code applications using Microsoft PowerApps to meet business needs
• Help establish and manage a Center of Excellence for automation, driving organizational efficiency
• Manage projects of small size and scope related to automation initiatives
• Operational management of automation platforms (e.g. ongoing review of ticket volumes, customer satisfaction, monitoring jobs, orchestrating jobs)
• Develop support processes to handle different support scenarios
• Assist with reviewing and analyzing automation and application development requests
• Perform cause and effect analysis
• Execute unit and system integration testing as needed
• Work closely with the continuous improvement team to provide proactive enhancements to the deployed solutions
• Ensure governance and security standards are maintained across automation platforms

Here’s what we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working in information technology with a focus on automation and programming
• Experience building automations using platforms such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath
• Strong understanding of APIs and experience integrating them into automation solutions.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying robotic process automation bots to streamline business processes
• Skilled in leveraging the Power Platform to create custom solutions that meet business needs
• Experience establishing and managing a Center of Excellence for automation, driving organizational efficiency
• Experience in programming languages and scripting tools such as Python, JSON, C#, and PowerShell
• Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET, C#.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint and O365 platform
• Understanding of SAP and experience integrating with SAP
• Strong data analytical and business analysis skills
• Strong background working with SQL databases building complex queries, SSIS packages, views and stored procedures
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
• A self-starter with initiative and strong customer/client orientation, collaboration and communication skills
